CP Pools Ltd trading as Clear Pro Pools is a family business providing Complete Swimming Pool Solutions. Managing Director, Carl Porter heads the team with over 35 years’ experience in the Swimming Pool Industry. Carl has previously served as President of the British Swimming Pool Federation and is a Member of the Institute of Swimming Pool Engineers.
Together with a team of equally experienced specialists, Clear Pro Pools focuses on friendly expert service, making sure that customers are given excellent quality, both in product and in service, at all times. Every project is bespoke and individually tailored for each budget.
Carl is a pool industry stalwart with over 3 decades experience. For over 25 years he was a director of Aquabuild, the multi-award-winning Porter family swimming pool construction business, managing all divisions but with a particular emphasis on residential pool construction.
Time spent as Contracts Director with Cresta Leisure saw Carl overseeing commercial pool projects for major holiday park operators and from there Carl moved to the Pollet Pool Group to become their Divisional Manager for UK Operations. Responsibilities included brand development and the strategic growth of PPG within the UK market.
Carl missed being hands-on and able to connect directly with his clients and so established CP Pools Ltd in 2015, enabling him and his team to provide clients with a personal and professional service, listening to their objectives and delivering a project of distinction in the most friendly and timely manner.
Assisted by his wife Anna, who first worked in the Pool Industry in 2005, the company is strategically planning for the future. Anna herself is an award winner in the industry, winning Poolstar of the Year in 2007.
